| Listen to 'Teenage' now... Veronica Falls have posted new track 'Teenage' - the first track to be lifted from their second album 'Waiting For Something To Happen'. Veronica Falls' debut album was a sheer delight from start to finish, the sort of thing that energised your belief that the great British art school tradition could still churn out classic bands. Packed with immaculately formed, deliciously evil pop songs, the album spawned a lengthy period of touring from the London based four piece. Now they're back. This afternoon Veronica Falls posted a brand new track to their SoundCloud account, with 'Teenage' seemingly representing the first fruits from their second album. Clocking in at 2 minutes 51 seconds (the optimum length for a pop song?) it represents a rather sunnier side to the group who previously delivered tracks such as 'Misery' and 'Beachy Head' - a reference to a notorious suicide spot. Stream 'Teenage' below. 'Waiting For Something To Happen' will be released on February 4th via Bella Union / Slumberland. Tracklisting: Tell Me |
